Next Day Delivery
Guaranteed next day delivery is available for £4.99 on all orders placed Monday to Thursday before 1pm.
Please note that severe weather conditions may have an effect on services and this is beyond our control. This is only available to UK mainland customers. If you are outside of this area and require your item urgently please contact us.
We are happy to provide tracking information if needed.
Please also note that delivery is made Monday to Friday only for this service.
We offer FREE next day delivery when you spend over £50
Saturday Delivery
We also offer an urgent Saturday Delivery if you are ordering on Friday as this would normally be delivered on Monday. This service is available for £6.99 and is guaranteed to arrive by 1pm on Saturday if ordered by 1pm on Friday. Just select ‘Saturday Delivery’ from the drop down menu at the checkout. This service is not included in our free offer.
Standard UK Delivery
Standard delivery in the UK is sent via 1st class post and covers the whole of the UK mainland & islands including Northern Ireland. We offer this for £2.49 on all orders in the UK. 1st class delivery is normally made within 1-3 working days but can take up to 14 working days to arrive depending on the time of year.
Items over a certain value will be sent via Recorded, Tracked or Next Day delivery service to make sure this arrives & is insured.
Worldwide Delivery
We send any of our items worldwide for only £3.99. We cannot be held responsible for any import taxes there may be in your country of residence, so please make sure you are aware of this. Europe please allow 5-10 working days and all other areas please allow 5-14 working days for delivery. These delivery times are not guaranteed as they are sent using standard postal service which cannot be tracked.
Returns
Jewellery Republic offers a no questions asked 30 day return policy on all goods, except special orders or bespoke items. Simply contact us within 30 days to let us know you are returning the item/items and we will give you a return address. Once we receive the item a refund will be given, this excludes postage costs from and to us and will be made within 72 hours.
We advise customers that when returning items they should use an insured postal service as per distance selling regulations the item is your responsibility until returned to us.
If you receive an item and it has been damaged, where possible please sign as damaged and then notify us within 48hours. If we do not hear from you within this time we cannot take responsibility for this. We may ask you to provide proof that the item is damaged and on some occasions ask that the item is returned to us and if this is required we will refund return postage.
Faulty goods can be returned after contacting us. Once items have been received we will check for the faulty and contact you with regards to a replacement or refund.
